SAVE OUR SHORES
Rugged Coast is a Save Our Shores Sanctuary Sea Star Sustaining Member. (Try saying that 3 times fast! : ) We donate to this incredible organization every month which leads the way in Monterey Bay conservation. From policy change and educational programs to clean shores and healthy ocean habitats, This group is all about our amazing coast and we are proud to continually support them!
Quarterly Beach Clean ups
Cleaning up our beaches for all to enjoy is a passion of ours. We do our best to spread the love and randomly hit different beaches in Santa Cruz County packin’ trash at least once a Quarter and always welcome volunteers to the cause! SEA WALLS
Stoked to get down and dirty with Made Fresh Crew heading up the Santa Cruz Seawalls project! These large scale murals keep ocean conservation and advocacy in the spotlight and remind us just how much it is an integral part of everyday life in Santa Cruz. It was a blast preppin’ towering concrete walls with this funky clique making way for some mind-blowing artists from our own backyard and beyond to create some out of this world artwork to brighten up our community and send a message. Forever grateful to local artists like this RAD crew for being so dedicated to the cause, sharing their talents with the world and always SENDING IT!
